Granma Index, 1965-1987; 1989-1992. The index [in Spanish] to Granma, the official publication of the Communist Party of Cuba, is a unique product that was produced via a series of Radio Martí/USIA grants. The index was constructed using a thesaurus and allows users to locate specific articles by date and page number. Individual articles are referenced in a brief record covering author, title, subject (using thesaurus descriptors and identifiers), and date. Should individuals or institutions undertake to index additional years, the thesaurus included on this disc may be adapted in order to accommodate records that are added to the database.
